Headed to Las Vegas, Kathleen Fortney, Centrax Director of Client Services and expert instructional designer, has been accepted to speak at the annual ASTD (American Society for Training & Development) conference this year, January 26-29, 2010.

Solving a Complex Performance Problem in a Retail Franchise Setting ® is the topic slated to be addressed by Kathleen. Joining in the presentation will be one of Centrax’s clients; a Training Technology Manager in Retail Learning and Development. This year’s ASTD conference is sure to be innovative as it focuses on varying aspects of learning technology, and expertise in the learning and development field, thus the conference title: ASTD TechKnowledge 2010 Conference and Exposition.

For the final day of the conference, once again Kathleen will be part of an expert panel entitled eLearning Design as attendees will join a facilitated discussion with an expert in a topic field.
